   Community Living Services:

Our Community Living program provides assessment, individualized outcome support plans, skills instruction and support services. Areas of instruction and support include: personal hygiene, housekeeping, money management, social relationships, cooking, clothing care, communication and leisure skills.

We provide services and supports in a variety of small town living environments.

•Close to business district with opportunities for community involvement appropriate to skill levels

•Supportive home environment with encouragement towards independence

Supervised Apartment Living:

•Staff available 24 hours a day

•One and two person apartments with private bedrooms

•Close to business district with increased emphasis on independence
