Admission Requirements:

In order to enroll for services at Dakota Milestones, an individual must be:

                 •developmentally disabled
                 •at least 16 years old

                 •obtain third party sponsorship

The Agency will assist the individual in obtaining this third party sponsorship through any of the following:

•Division of Development Disabilities

                •Public School Districts

                •Office of Medical Services

       •Department of Vocational Rehabilitation

Referrals to Dakota Milestones can be made by parents, guardians, school personnel, the Department of Social Services, the Department of Vocational  Rehabilitation, other Social Service agencies or concerned individuals.
